Relationship Between the Level of Nurse Education And Knowledge With Nurses In Performance Tuberculosis Control Program at Puskesmas
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between education level and knowledge level of nurses with the performance of nurses in the implementation of the prevention program Tuberculosis (TB P2) in a district health center XXX, using non-experimental research design with cross sectional approach. The study population was a district nurse at the health center that can be used as XXX and some 100 people respondent from 31 health centers. Using primary and secondary data, collecting data by distributing questionnaires to the variable level of education and knowledge. Statistical analysis technique used is correlation.
