Relationship Between Education And Training With Nurse Knowledge About Nursing Documentation in Public Hospitals Board Year 2005 XXX
Documenting activities requiring registration and reporting. The purpose of recording and reporting is to know the achievements of nurses documenting nursing care activities. Hospital nurses in documenting the level of knowledge is still not good. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of education and training relationship with the knowledge of nurses about nursing documentation at XXX Hospital Board.
