Benefits of Financial Ratios Predict Changes In Earnings In Manufacturing Companies Registered in Jakarta Stock Exchange
One way that is used in predicting changes in income that is with financial ratios. Previous studies showed that financial ratios are useful in predicting changes in earnings. The purpose of this study was to prove empirically whether financial ratios influential in predicting changes in earnings in the years to come at a manufacturing company that went public. The population in this research is publicly traded manufacturing companies in the Jakarta Stock Exchange from 2001 to 2003. Sample is a manufacturing company located in Jakarta Stock Exchange Year 2001 - 2003 who meet the criteria.
