Ability Financial Information As a predictor of future cash flows (Empirical Study of the Banking Companies Go Public)
One way that can be used as a predictor of cash flow is a financial information are earnings and cash flow. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the ability of earnings and cash flow as a predictor of future cash flows. The alternative hypothesis used in this study are earnings and cash flow is useful or has the capability to predict future cash flows and earnings and cash flow are not useful or no ability to predict future cash flows.
