This study aims to determine the effect between dependent and independent variables. Organizational commitment is a combination of attitude and behavior of people in identifying their involvement in a part to achieve common goals. Professional commitment is the level of individual loyalty to the organization in carrying out its duties and obey the norms, rules and the ethics of the profession.
