Comparative Levels of Vitamin B, In Pound And Rice Rice Rice Milling IR 64, Memberamo And Dodokan Spectrofluorometric
Rice food contains many substances that the body needs, among other things: carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vitamins. One of the vitamins contained in rice are vitamin B1 (Thiamin). The purpose of this study was to prove whether the levels of vitamin B1 in the mashed rice and milled rice is different. Rice is used as a sample of IR 64 rice varieties, and Dodokan Memberamo.
