Milk is a source of food of high nutritional value not only for humans but also for spoilage microorganisms. Therefore, milk is a perishable commodity. This study aims to determine the quality of milk by a microbiological horses by counting the number of microbes and microbial identification. Calculation of the number of microbes using methods that castings (used in PCA and PDA media).
